I started dieting 1.1, wanting to lose 4.5 kilos (10 pounds) by mid-March.
A month before that date, I knew I was about to fail.
I tripled my workouts (to 3 hours daily), cut all fried food, and reduced food portions.
Yesterday, I reached my goal:
70 kilos (154 pounds).

That’s awesome! Congrats. Now you/we can keep in mind what we need to continue to be our best physical self. That’ll in turn make us feel great about ourself. I too feel much better 10-20 lbs lighter.
